Start with Dallas swing, sift in some San Antonio backbeat, drizzle in some Houston blues, then bake in South Austin until ready. Serve often with the hot jazz of European gypsy masters at a feast for the ears we call Django's Moustache. The inspirational melodies of Django Reinhardt become not a destination, but a point of departure, and the music of this trio is exuberant and sophisticated, with a South Austin attitude.

From Dallas, Tony Airoldi (lead guitar) has been an active Austin musician since Greezy Wheels was a regular on the stage of Armadillo World Headquarters. Equally at home on bluegrass banjo, rock stratocaster or flamenco guitar, he has pursued his career as teacher, sideman, studio musician and singer/songwriter.

From Houston, Larry Pollock (rhythm guitar) has moved back to Austin (this time not to work in the Armadillo kitchen) with his photography business, CAMERA CO/OP. Naturally, he had to start a band. His love of this music and the sheer joy of performing it are the driving forces of the ensemble.
